TableTraq provides online vendor table reservation and event floor management tools for convention organizers, trade shows, expos, and similar events. Convention organizers may provide:

Information Provided by Vendors
Vendors using TableTraq-powered reservation systems may provide:

- Email address and phone number
- Billing and payment information
- Reservation selections and purchase history

- Additional information submitted through organizer forms

When users interact with our Services, we may automatically collect:

3. Payment Processing
Payments made through TableTraq are processed by Stripe. When organizers use TableTraq, they connect their own Stripe account to receive vendor payments directly. TableTraq collects a platform fee on each transaction via Stripe Connect.
TableTraq does not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with applicable security standards and PCI compliance requirements.

4. Organizer-Controlled Data
Event organizers using TableTraq control much of the information collected through their event reservation pages. Organizers are responsible for:
- determining what vendor information they request,
- managing communications with vendors,
- and complying with applicable laws and regulations related to their events.
TableTraq acts as a service provider and platform operator for organizer-hosted reservation systems.
5. Sharing of Information
With Event Organizers
Vendor reservation information is shared with the organizer operating the relevant event.
With Service Providers
We may share information with trusted vendors that help us operate the Services, including payment processors (Stripe), hosting providers, analytics services, email delivery services, and customer support tools.
For Legal Reasons
We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, respond to legal requests, protect our rights or users, or investigate fraud or security issues.
Business Transfers
If TableTraq is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
